We can have alternatives or we can have caffeine it’s all depend on lifestyle for boosting health.

Tyrosine is made from phenylalanine, an essential amino acid. Tyrosine is found in soy products, almonds, avocados, bananas, dairy products, lima beans, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. However, it is difficult to get enough tyrosine from food for medical purposes. 🙂

Why intense workouts are leading to a life-threatening condition

Playing Golf so many hours in week and weight lifting 200 lbs. Doing intense workout gave me Herniated spinal cord. It took me 6 months to recover it. This is the reason i want to share this news.

Control yourself when you do exercise. Never go for what other people are doing. Always take baby steps. 🙂

If we take one step at a time, like change the fat intake, it will help. Walk or do any exercise for 20 min/day when sun has sunshine. Eat 2 whole fibrous fruit or vegetables/day. Stretching 2 min/day ( if you are shy to do outside do it at home). 🙂
