Hearts get younger with exercise

Patti Neighmond’s article about age and heart, Dr. Ben Levine describe about function of heart. He is a sports cardiologist at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and director of the Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, in Dallas,”The heart gets smaller — stiffer.”

“Many studies that are done that look at [cardiovascular] health look at improvements in risk factors like high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes,” Goldberg says. “But this study specifically looked at heart function and how heart function can improve with exercise.”:)

How To Make a Perfect Oatmeal Bowl

One day my friend told me she and her husband eat oatmeal for the breakfast. She was telling us the way they eat oatmeal. It was so creative, I want to share.

My friend put Oatmeal and brown sugar and again the layer of oatmeal and layer of brown sugar, sliced bananas, oatmeal, brown sugar layer. Last comes milk and almond pieces, granola and again brown sugar. It looks like an Oatmeal hill covered with snow and plants. Imagine you are looking at the scenery from distance.:)
Please use ingredients according to your choice.

Do you ever come across those ridiculously photogenic oatmeal bowls topped with exotic fruit sourced from the soils of Narnia on Instagram and sigh with jealousy? Twelve Days of Gluten Free Cookies

It’s no secret that chocolate chip cookies are my favorite so this isn’t by far one of the best chocolate chip recipes I’ve ever adapted. Testing Out The Vegan Egg

I am not pure Vegan, but most of my food comes from Vegan. I like the dairy product too. Everybody has their own opinion about what food they like or want to eat. We used to don’t have so many Vegan products in Bay Area. Now last 8 or 9 years. They are emerging so much. Everything you can buy Vegan.

A few years back several Vegan Restaurant was open. Before 20 years was hard to find vegan products in Bay Area. We had some restaurants. A Little bit far.

I am always not so good cook.:(

It was so complicated to have some of the food i like and want to have no eggs, no any other animal product other than dairy.

We had IBM’s search, Netscape, Bing UNIX( The University of California, Berkeley (BSD), Microsoft (Xenix), IBM (AIX) and Sun Microsystems (Solaris). We didn’t have Google, YouTube, Facebook. No Computers for lots of cooking information.

No sharing kind of.

We had Big IBM computer, which runs on DSL. It wasn’t so fast like now. It was so heavy.

(We Donate IBM Computer for research).

Sorry, i am confusing everybody and talking about Bay area’s Computer History.

This is Creatives site, not the Technological site. Sorry about that. 🙂

I was talking about Vegan, I don’t eat eggs, and other things so I was always careful and never buy Vegan Eggs as soon as I found the product review. I want to share with everybody I love. 🙂

Hi all! I cannot believe it has taken me this long to try out the ‘Vegan Egg’ from the brand Follow Your Heart. To be perfectly honest, even before I became a vegan, I was never a huge fan of eggs. They always sat in my stomach and took so long to digest properly. Nevertheless, […]
