Vegan refers to a person who follows this way of eating or to the diet itself. Being a vegan is a moral and based on healthy choice.
The vegan diet doesn’t use animal-derived food or use animal products or byproducts and eats only plant-based foods.
In addition to not eating meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, or dairy, vegans avoid using products made from animal sources, such as fur, leather, and wool.
According to Wiki, “Veganism is the practice of avoiding the use of animal products, particularly in diet, and an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of animals. A follower of the diet or the philosophy is known as a vegan”.
The strict vegan and vegetarian refrains from consuming animal consuming animal products, not only meat but also eggs, dairy products, and other animal-derived substances.
We always use the term called environmental veganism. This is mainly avoidance of animal products on the premise. We can protect the animals that the industrial farming of animals is environmentally damaging and unsustainable.
Vegan can eat wheat and rice, pasta, bread, pizza. If the original dough is vegan, the sauce is vegan and they have a garden fresh vegetarian or vegan Pizza which can be made without the cheese or vegan cheese, flour, water, and salt.

If you like food find recipes follow the ingredients list.
Goto the farmers market buy vegetables. Try to cook easy food first.
If you want you can buy a similar kind of flavor in vegan form.

Turning off phones- not pills- the key to better sleep for teens

Sleeping pills or taking any other pills for anxiety is not a solution for anybody.
We have to have some kind of good solutions for mental health. Like doing exercise, healthy food habits, no caffeine or sugar after 4 p.m.
Teens always keep their cell phones near the pillow.
I think they don’t want to miss any kind of alert.
They always updated with every kind of like or videos.
Some parents give them charger also to charge their phone. In case they all out of battery.
Some kids use their phone to check the time. This habit can put their brain for heavy work mode.
The workload brain never stops working even they sleep.
The teen should engage in some kind of relaxed activities after 8 p.m.
Such as reading a book, yoga etc.
Even over‑the‑counter remedies like melatonin, “PM” analgesics like “Advil PM,” or diphenhydramine (generic Benadryl), can be inappropriate for young people. Studies evaluating efficacy and safety of these medications were never intended to evaluate efficacy and safety in children.

If the teen doesn’t like to talk with anybody that’s fine. They can do some Yoga or read a book, or go and do fresh air walk, drink some Elephant drink.
