Rome is so beautiful. We have been their in April this year. Weather was so good and we love everything. We had good view of Vatican City from our room. It was marvelous . 🙂

If we take one step at a time, like change the fat intake, it will help. Walk or do any exercise for 20 min/day when sun has sunshine. Eat 2 whole fibrous fruit or vegetables/day. Stretching 2 min/day ( if you are shy to do outside do it at home). 🙂
