Caffeine is

Caffeine is

———————————–

I like to drink lemon and mint tea with herb tea. It soothe my throat. We were staying in hotel they had very beautiful packets for different type of tea.

I had  little congestion in my throat so in restaurant they give me tea with honey. I thought i will be fine if i mix few different types of tea.

I was wrong i mix mint, lemon and green tea with herb. I just read the herb and i didn’t pay the other powerful caffeine( GREEN TEA).

I felt so good. We came back to hotel and i was so tired, but i couldn’t get to sleep. I was feeling suffocated and very uncomfortable.

I drink lot of water. It was so hard for me to sleep. I couldn’t sleep until 5 P.M..

In the morning 9 P.M. i woke up for breakfast feeling very tired more congested.

I wasn’t sure what is happening with me. That day i did same thing, same thing happen again.

Third day same thing, we couldn’t figure it out, what is wrong.

Forth day when i didn’t go anywhere and watching T.V..

I was thing what was is happening when we go back home i will ask my Doctor.

I thought why this is happening, now i have no energy to do anything. I should feel fine, i recall all of things i was doing, eating, drinking.

I went downstairs quickly in concierge room and read the ingredients, i found out it has GREEN TEA.

Now i figure it out, I told to my family( I was so scared to share this with everybody, because my imaginary mind was thinking too much and telling scary story too much about my health was big thing.)

Please read the Caffeine level before drinking any thing. It shows like··••••        🙂

Iceland’s tallest waterfall

Iceland’s tallest waterfall
—————————————

Glymur has long been considered Iceland’s tallest waterfall. It was only recently de-throned when a new waterfall was discovered deep in Morsárjökull glacier in 2011. Despite no longer carrying the title of tallest in the country this amazing 198 m (650 ft) waterfall is breathtaking. Its name translates to “boom” or “rumble” reflecting the great sound of this waterfall […]

Spring

Spring

The beginning of spring is not always determined by fixed calendar dates. The  biological indicators the blossoming of a range of plants are different in areas.

“During spring, the axis of the Earth is increasing its tilt relative to the Sun, and the length of daylight rapidly increases for the relevant hemisphere. The hemisphere begins to warm significantly causing new plant growth to “spring forth,” giving the season its name. Snow, if a normal part of winter, begins to melt, and streams swell with runoff. Frosts, if a normal part of winter, become less severe. In climates that have no snow and rare frosts, the air and ground temperatures increase more rapidly”.

So in spring season  relax and meditate with relaxing nature and birds sounds. 🙂
