Vegan refers to a person who follows this way of eating or to the diet itself. Being a vegan is a moral and based on healthy choice.
The vegan diet doesn’t use animal-derived food or use animal products or byproducts and eats only plant-based foods.
In addition to not eating meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, or dairy, vegans avoid using products made from animal sources, such as fur, leather, and wool.
According to Wiki, “Veganism is the practice of avoiding the use of animal products, particularly in diet, and an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of animals. A follower of the diet or the philosophy is known as a vegan”.
The strict vegan and vegetarian refrains from consuming animal consuming animal products, not only meat but also eggs, dairy products, and other animal-derived substances.
We always use the term called environmental veganism. This is mainly avoidance of animal products on the premise. We can protect the animals that the industrial farming of animals is environmentally damaging and unsustainable.
Vegan can eat wheat and rice, pasta, bread, pizza. If the original dough is vegan, the sauce is vegan and they have a garden fresh vegetarian or vegan Pizza which can be made without the cheese or vegan cheese, flour, water, and salt.
Some vegan eats Yeast, it is a single-celled organism that’s classified as a fungus, which makes it 100 percent vegan-friendly.

If you’d like to become a vegan or vegetarian, you have a purpose or reason.
First, try some food, read and learn differences in food.
Watch how people cook food, ask so many questions.
If you like food find recipes follow the ingredients list.
Goto the farmers market buy vegetables. Try to cook easy food first.
If you want you can buy a similar kind of flavor in vegan form.

Vegans eat lots of whole grains and pasta because these foods are high energy foods and also contain surprisingly high levels of protein in certain cases.

It certainly can reduce your risk not a 100 percent.
According to some research statistics, vegans have a lower BMI (height-to-weight ratio) than others.
The basic drinks are vegan. Get yourself a hot or an iced coffee or espresso drink made with nondairy milk and any flavored sweetener syrup (like vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut). Hot or iced tea is always vegan.

Good vegetarian sources of protein to keep your young athlete strong include,
Nuts and nut kinds of butter, Seeds, Beans, and lentils, Whole Grains, Tofu, and soy milk. Protein analogs (i.e. veggie burgers) Heme, Protein bars.

What is your opinion about your hand’s structure

I was browsing the videos. I found an interesting video. This video is about your hand shape. We know everybody has a different hand shape and even palm shape the thumb, fingers.

I think hand, nails skin colour can tell you so many things about your health.
Vitamins deficiency, sun exposure can be determined by hand and nails health too.
I couldn’t figure it out how do my hands look. It is very complicated to understand.

The Big Pineapple

We have been to Australia in Springtime this year. We stayed in Sydney. Australia is so beautiful.
A giant Australian fruit and the tropical farm is situated in
the Queensland.
The Big Pineapple has been a family attraction in Queensland. Children looked forward to the pilgrimage during vacations and it brought smiles to many along the Sunshine Coast.

Eye color and Ancestors

Every eye color is beautiful. It depends what do you like. We the human always go to those things we don’t have.
All colors are pretty.
My three grandparents had,” Blue Iris”, But one grandparent had,”Brown Iris”.
My mom has blue Iris, my papa has the Brown Iris. Me and my siblings have brown Iris.
I do care about good healthy things for everybody.:)
