Sometimes I wish I was born as a giraffe. They only sleep for 1.9 hours a day! I wish I could sleep that short and still feel refreshed and awake through the day.

Testing out quality sleep techniques is often underestimated but until we transform to giraffes, we’ll have to try out some of them. This infographic, designed by Best Products Pro, will show you 5 actionable tips for having a better quality sleep.

What is the effect of caffeine on teens’ serotonin level? Importance of Neurotransmitters

What is the effect of caffeine on teens’ serotonin level?
Importance of Neurotransmitters.
Before I didn’t know about these things. My parents always use their perfect discipline. They always know they don’t want to drink caffeine after the certain time. Dinner time, walking time, work time is always regulated.

For my family, I think I didn’t have a kind of discipline.
I think I did the bad thing I love chocolate and I used to eat chocolate and then I nurse my kids same time in the evening.
it doesn’t affect me so much because I am an adult woman.
I think it did effect on my child’s serotonin level.
because they already have the habit of drinking caffeine through the breastmilk.
Even though they have decaffeinated tea or sugary food. It does effect on their sleep pattern.

What is your opinion about serotonin level and sleep pattern?

Smart or a Genius?

Smart or a genius?
Everybody has own opinion about smart or genius.
I don’t like to smoke any kind of. I don’t like to talk loud if I want to explain anything but I speak loud when I really want to explain and nobody pays attention.
I have the vision to see what will be the next step if I don’t do this thing.
This frustrates me so much if I don’t see the results accordingly.
If we regret in the future because we didn’t try enough to do properly.
This is the reason I argue loudly. Life is an “ART”, we need to live creatively:)
What is your opinion?

Exercise, Sunshine, Positivity, Gut bacteria

Now I know you are going to think about positivity. But if you ignore all the other three things for several years and wonder why isn’t working well.

In my opinion, if you don’t do all those things. Later on, it will make no sense. Those are the important things rather than positivity.
positivity comes in the end if you do all those things first.

Sometimes we are wondering what is the Serotonin?

Serotonin is a chemical messenger that’s believed to act as a mood stabilizer. It’s said to help produce healthy sleeping patterns as well as boost your mood. Studies show that serotonin levels can have an effect on mood and behaviour, and the chemical is commonly linked to feeling good and living longer. Supplements can increase your serotonin levels via the amino acid tryptophan. Serotonin is synthesized from tryptophan.
What and why this happens when you have less than usual serotonin. The decline in vigorous physical exercise and, in particular, in effort-based rewards may contribute to the high level of depression in today’s society. The effect of exercise on serotonin suggests that the exercise itself, not the rewards that stem from exercise, may be important. If trials of exercise to prevent depression are successful, then prevention of depression can be added to the numerous other benefits of exercise.
The other factor that could play a role in raising brain serotonin is diet.
Although it is true that bananas contain serotonin.
α-Lactalbumin, a minor constituent of milk, is one protein that contains relatively more tryptophan than most proteins.
This enhanced the nutritional quality of the corn by increasing the bioavailability of both niacin and tryptophan, a practice that prevented pellagra.

In cultivated chickpeas, almost two-thirds of the tryptophan was in the free form.

consumption of tryptophan-rich foods play a role in reducing the prevalence of depression and aggression in society
