Every country has different requirements and vaccines.
Some of the vaccines we never got in the USA.
We took our family doctor, paediatrician appointment. They recommend us to talk with travel doctor too.
We took travel doctor appointment. The travel doctor gave us some particular immunization and some medicines and advise.
What we need for travelling.
Some countries need immunization before anybody enter.
We learned several new things.
Typhoid vaccine is important for travelling, we never had.
Our doctor ordered those vaccines for us and we paid.
It is not covered with the regular immunization in the USA.

I was browsing the videos. I found an interesting video. This video is about your hand shape. We know everybody has a different hand shape and even palm shape the thumb, fingers.
I think hand, nails skin colour can tell you so many things about your health.
Vitamins deficiency, sun exposure can be determined by hand and nails health too.
I couldn’t figure it out how do my hands look. It is very complicated to understand.

Importance of Neurotransmitters.
Before I didn’t know about these things. My parents always use their perfect discipline. They always know they don’t want to drink caffeine after the certain time. Dinner time, walking time, work time is always regulated.
For my family, I think I didn’t have a kind of discipline.
I think I did the bad thing I love chocolate and I used to eat chocolate and then I nurse my kids same time in the evening.
it doesn’t affect me so much because I am an adult woman.
I think it did effect on my child’s serotonin level.
because they already have the habit of drinking caffeine through the breastmilk.
Even though they have decaffeinated tea or sugary food. It does effect on their sleep pattern.

If we are a genius. I don’t know about me. According to me, everybody is a genius in their area.
Genius is doesn’t mean they have tons of money. If you can figure it out what is your work and how to deal. In my opinion, they are a genius.

Smart or a genius?
Everybody has own opinion about smart or genius.
I don’t like to smoke any kind of. I don’t like to talk loud if I want to explain anything but I speak loud when I really want to explain and nobody pays attention.
I have the vision to see what will be the next step if I don’t do this thing.
This frustrates me so much if I don’t see the results accordingly.
If we regret in the future because we didn’t try enough to do properly.
This is the reason I argue loudly. Life is an “ART”, we need to live creatively:)
