Food from different country, Algeria. We are talking about food here, People in Algeria eat bread every day. Usually they eat French loaf, flat,wheat bread.

Couscous is the national dish, they mix sometimes ginger, saffron,onion,garlic.

Cumin ,parsley,cinnamon,coriander, mint are important part of the meal.

Mint is the most important part of the tea too. They drink coffee also.

Algeria families are very humble and share food always.
