In Northern Saskatchewan, Canada, the water flows from Lac La Ronge, my home, into the Churchill River via The Nistowiak Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in Saskatchewan. During the winter when many rivers freeze to their banks, this outlet remains open and massive walls of ice are built up along the margins. There is nothing quite like it. Enjoy!
