We always tell to kids, don’t overuse your Cell phone. I think using a cell phone is not bad at all. I learned from kids how they comfort their friends’ Psychological problems, mental health issues in an easy way. We even don’t know how they make everybody happy. They spend their time, tell them funny things, showing them musical videos, learn several good things from good videos. Share good and healthy things with other kids. Impress me so much. Now I have to change my opinion to become positive.:)

This post is so valuable. I was on bed rest for almost 7 months, because
I had Complete Placenta Previa. I used to sleep on one side, I was so scared to move or walk.

I couldn’t play my little one, wasn’t doing anything other than sleeping. My spine alignment was messed up with that, muscles got so weak.

After delivering the baby, still, couldn’t do anything for another one year. I wanted to feel fine, so much Claustrophobic. My husband decides to have Personal Trainer. I had Personal Trainer for two years. He fixed my posture and I looked same as used to be.

I always thankful to my little ones and my hubby.🙂

If we take one step at a time, like change the fat intake, it will help. Walk or do any exercise for 20 min/day when sun has sunshine. Eat 2 whole fibrous fruit or vegetables/day. Stretching 2 min/day ( if you are shy to do outside do it at home). 🙂
