Healthy Eating..Peanuts!

Amazing presentation of healthy food. Real food will make us more beautiful. 🙂

Quite by accident ( we were drying) peanuts some must have escaped and took root so I can now say I grow my own peanuts. I am not talking about the salted peanuts that you buy in packets in the shop or supermarket but peanuts grown naturally and roasted or made into healthy […]

Testing Out The Vegan Egg

I am not pure Vegan, but most of my food comes from Vegan. I like the dairy product too. Everybody has their own opinion about what food they like or want to eat. We used to don’t have so many Vegan products in Bay Area. Now last 8 or 9 years. They are emerging so much. Everything you can buy Vegan.

A few years back several Vegan Restaurant was open. Before 20 years was hard to find vegan products in Bay Area. We had some restaurants. A Little bit far.

I am always not so good cook.:(

It was so complicated to have some of the food i like and want to have no eggs, no any other animal product other than dairy.

We had IBM’s search, Netscape, Bing UNIX( The University of California, Berkeley (BSD), Microsoft (Xenix), IBM (AIX) and Sun Microsystems (Solaris). We didn’t have Google, YouTube, Facebook. No Computers for lots of cooking information.

No sharing kind of.

We had Big IBM computer, which runs on DSL. It wasn’t so fast like now. It was so heavy.

(We Donate IBM Computer for research).

Sorry, i am confusing everybody and talking about Bay area’s Computer History.

This is Creatives site, not the Technological site. Sorry about that. 🙂

I was talking about Vegan, I don’t eat eggs, and other things so I was always careful and never buy Vegan Eggs as soon as I found the product review. I want to share with everybody I love. 🙂

Hi all! I cannot believe it has taken me this long to try out the ‘Vegan Egg’ from the brand Follow Your Heart. To be perfectly honest, even before I became a vegan, I was never a huge fan of eggs. They always sat in my stomach and took so long to digest properly. Nevertheless, […]

Outsmarting Human Minds

Harvard’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Banaji and research fellow Olivia Kang, developed Outsmarting Human Minds as a way to deliver up-to-date thinking about hidden biases in an engaging way.

Banaji said, “The behavioral sciences give us insights into what gets in the way of reaching out professional goals, of being true to our own deepest values”.  “The science is not new, but its message is still one most people have difficulty grasping and  understanding.”

Kang said, “Everyone wants to know what’s happening in their minds, and they want to know what they can do to make better decisions”. “The science is out there; the challenge is getting it to the public in a way that captures their interest.”

“We want to deliver this information to people in a way that doesn’t make them feel that they’re a bad person if they have these biases. The fact is, we all do. This is about acknowledging that hidden biases are a product of how we’re wired and the culture we live in. And then agreeing that we want to do something about it — that we can use this knowledge to improve the decisions we make in life and at work.”

Vegan Adventures in Orlando

When we travel, it’s hard to find Vegan food. This is so cool to have Vegan Adventures. 🙂

“The only thing I like better than talking about food is eating” – John Walters Whilst away in Orlando this was the blog post I was really excited about doing on my return! I took lots and lots and lots (get the idea that it was lots?!) of photos of what I was eating and couldn’t wait […]

Health benefits of parsnip

The parsnip is a root vegetable closely related to the carrot and parsley. Parsnips are native to Europe and Asia and were introduced to North America in the 17th century. Larger parsnips can have a woody texture, but smaller roots have a tender texture and sweet flavor. Parsnips’ hearty texture stands up well to roasting. Try combining […]

The पद्मासन (Padmasana)

“Ordinary people cannot achieve Padmasana, only few wise ones can.” – Yogi Swatmarama Also known as Kamlasana or cross- legged position, this posture not only depicts the form of a bloomed lotus but reminds us of its unique characteristic of being able to float through one’s life ‘untouched’ no matter what kind of filth one […]
