Teens don’t need to rely on substances to enjoy life. They can engage in fun, healthy activities, including sports, music or arts. Teens who have too much time on their hands can find a part-time job, allowing them to make and save money.
Kids and teen should involve in art and creativity. It will boost their life healthy. Make good connections make them happy. Always think positive this will help psychology and power for immunity.

For some of us use sweatpants, a shirt, and a sweater. It’s so comfortable. And as my feet are always cold I just take a pair of really fluffy socks in my bag and put them on as soon as I’m on the plane. 🙂

One day my friend told me she and her husband eat oatmeal for the breakfast. She was telling us the way they eat oatmeal. It was so creative, I want to share.
My friend put Oatmeal and brown sugar and again the layer of oatmeal and layer of brown sugar, sliced bananas, oatmeal, brown sugar layer. Last comes milk and almond pieces, granola and again brown sugar. It looks like an Oatmeal hill covered with snow and plants. Imagine you are looking at the scenery from distance.:)
