Whole Wheat Zucchini Banana Muffins With Greek Yogurt

Welcome back bakers! I’m very excited for today’s recipe because it’s another great way to turn zucchini into a delicious treat! If you read my last post, then you will have seen the two massive zucchinis that my friend grew in her garden and gave to me. I baked 10 mini loaves of zucchini bread, but that didn’t even use up one of the two monster zucchinis! So, as you can imagine, I still have an enormous amount of zucchini left to use, which I put to good use in today’s recipe!

While brainstorming ideas for what to do with all the delicious looking zucchini I had in front of me, I was also trying not to forget that I had some overripe bananas that needed to be used soon.
