According to the Tech Insider and Wiki,” Eye color is a visible character caused by two factors: the pigmentation of the eye’s Iris and the way light is scattered as it hits the top layer of the iris. New research shows that all blue-eyed people share a common ancestor. This person lived more than 6,000 years ago and carried a genetic mutation that has now spread across the world.
According to the GB HealthWatch,” the color of the iris. The amount of melanin found in your iris, in conjunction with white collagen fibres, produces different shades of grey, green and hazel. For example, as light travels through a relatively melanin-free iris, collagen fibres within the iris scatter the short blue light to the surface creating the blue appearance of the iris. In fact, iris color exists in a gradient of shades and color patterns: from the lightest shades of blue to the darkest browns and everything in between. In general, brown is the most common eye color, followed by blue, grey and then green”.:)
I am using some of the important comments from this video.
The exact cause remains to be determined, but scientists do know that eye color began to change long before recorded history began”.
In the world, not only few people have blue eyes. lots of people have blue eyes.
Most babies have light-coloured eyes before the age of one. As the child develops, melanocytes (cells found within the iris of human eyes, as well as skin and hair follicles) slowly begin to produce melanin. Because melanocyte cells continually produce pigment, eye colour can be changed. Most eye changes happen when the infant is around one year old, although it can happen up to three years of age. An iris that appears golden contains some melanin even at this early age and is likely to turn green or brown as the infant ages.
