Yoga for Diabetes


We can control Diabetes. 🙂

If we take one step at a time, like change the fat intake, it will help. Walk or do any exercise for 20 min/day when sun has sunshine. Eat 2 whole fibrous fruit or vegetables/day. Stretching 2 min/day ( if you are shy to do outside do it at home). 🙂
