Keto: What it is and Why


My husband’s Doctor told him to have a specific diet. My husband is skinny and does exercise. His work is needed a lot of sitting and conferences. He eats out few times. Sometimes his nice assistant brings some food for him. I want to say thank you to her she is so caring. She is retired now and live in the countryside. Before retirement, she put a lot of efforts to find the new assistant. So now he has the new assistant.
Now I am off the topic. Go back to the Keto diet. Even though my husband is vegan but not the true vegan because sometimes he has eggs, but not any other animal product.
He drinks soymilk or lactose-free milk. According to the Doctor, diet is called,” Keto ” which means to eat fewer carbs and more protein. When I was talking to my friend she told me that she is also on the same diet and that it is very effective.:)
