Tyrosine is made from phenylalanine, an essential amino acid. Tyrosine is found in soy products, almonds, avocados, bananas, dairy products, lima beans, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. However, it is difficult to get enough tyrosine from food for medical purposes. 🙂
