I like to drink lemon and mint tea with herb tea. It soothe my throat. We were staying in hotel they had very beautiful packets for different type of tea.
I had little congestion in my throat so in restaurant they give me tea with honey. I thought i will be fine if i mix few different types of tea.
I was wrong i mix mint, lemon and green tea with herb. I just read the herb and i didn’t pay the other powerful caffeine( GREEN TEA).
I felt so good. We came back to hotel and i was so tired, but i couldn’t get to sleep. I was feeling suffocated and very uncomfortable.
I drink lot of water. It was so hard for me to sleep. I couldn’t sleep until 5 P.M..
In the morning 9 P.M. i woke up for breakfast feeling very tired more congested.
I wasn’t sure what is happening with me. That day i did same thing, same thing happen again.
Third day same thing, we couldn’t figure it out, what is wrong.
Forth day when i didn’t go anywhere and watching T.V..
I was thing what was is happening when we go back home i will ask my Doctor.
I thought why this is happening, now i have no energy to do anything. I should feel fine, i recall all of things i was doing,eating, drinking.
I went downstairs quickly in concierge room and read the ingredients, i found out it has GREEN TEA.
Now i figure it out, I told to my family( I was so scared to share this with everybody, because my imaginary mind was thinking too much and telling scary story too much about my health was big thing.)
